Training tips: Love to Eat- run till it hurts- Have a good crew-take 5 feet of the trail at a time- cross train- take Perpeteum-never let anyone say you cant do it- never second guess your self- love pain- know that some parts of your body will hurt that you did not know you had. Learn as much as you can about electrolytes.
